Galathea

It is a genus of decapods crustaceans belonging to the Galatheidae family. They are widespread in all oceans and also in the Mediterranean Sea. These species are recognized for the triangular beak and for part of the abdomen folded under the body, which allows these crustaceans fast movements like those of the shrimp. They are omnivores.
