Unfortunately, however, it is not always easy to see the beautiful purple colors that characterize the stinging tentacles of this animal. In fact it is not always easy to find anemones of a certain size that have this particular characteristic, and it is not always easy to find the clear water conditions that allow you to film their colors and reflections.

In the video we filmed a rather large anemone, about 25/30 cm in diameter in fairly shallow waters in the area of Portoferraio, more precisely at “Spiaggia di Sottobomba“.
